01. The service

myrto provides access to vehicle records — RC and owner details, challans, insurance status, PUC, FASTag and RTO information — aggregated from official public sources, together with utilities such as expiry reminders, a virtual garage and document storage, and challan and insurance payments.

02. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use myrto. By using the service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

03. Not a government service & data accuracy

myrto is not affiliated with any RTO or government authority. Vehicle data is sourced from public databases (VAHAN / Parivahan and DigiLocker) and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. myrto is an aggregator and does not guarantee accuracy. Use the information at your own discretion; for official or legal purposes, rely on the relevant RTO.

04. Permitted use

myrto is for personal, lawful use only. You must not:

• Scrape, bulk-extract, resell or republish data from the service.
• Use another person's vehicle information for surveillance, harassment or any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

05. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

06. Payments & refunds

Challan payments and insurance purchases are processed through third-party gateways and partners. Any convenience fee is shown to you before you pay. Refunds for failed or duplicate transactions are handled per the gateway's and partner's policies and applicable RTO rules. myrto is not responsible for delays within government or banking systems.

07. Intellectual property

The myrto name, logo, design and software are owned by us and protected by law. Government vehicle data remains the property of the respective authorities. You may not use our marks without permission.

08. Third-party services

The service integrates with and links to third parties — including DigiLocker, insurers and payment gateways. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, for which myrto is not responsible.

09. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, myrto and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your reliance on the data or use of the service.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold myrto harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

13. Changes & contact
