Refund & Cancellation Policy

Core vehicle lookups on MyRTO are free. This policy applies to any paid feature or partner service purchased through MyRTO.

Digital reports

Where a paid digital report is delivered instantly, it is generally non-refundable once generated. If a report fails to generate or is materially incomplete, contact us for a re-issue or refund.

Partner purchases

Insurance and other partner purchases are governed by the respective partner's refund and cancellation terms.

How to request a refund

Email help@myrto.in with your order details within 7 days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
